FINAL ELECTION RESULTS
North Dakotans Soundly Reject Measure 1: 64% no, 36% yes
Voters sent a clear message that they do not want government intervening in their private medical decisions – from pregnancy, to infertility care, to end-of-life care.
And, with the unseating of the primary sponsor of Measure 1, voters also sent a message that they will hold legislators accountable if they advance extreme legislation like Measure 1.
